I was given this task (challenge?) by INK IDEA and their client - management of regional parks in Lithuania. The "description" came in quite overwhelming with whole bunch of very specific species listed that should be in the 5 x 3 meter drawing and included: moose (Alces alces), owl (Strix aluco), bat (Chiroptera), lady's slipper (Cypripedium calceolus), oak (Quercus), etc.
I figured it won't be the fastest job I've had, but oh am I glad I agreed to do it. The process was so soothing ( I chose to use Wacom Intuous Pro, pastel brush), I couldn't stop perfecting the details to the single hair on the moose's jaw and evenly brushed feathers around owls sleepy eyes...
